MAMP Server components and libraries:

If you want to modify some of the software packages included in MAMP, add modules or if you just like to recompile MAMP to make sure your compiler doesn't feel waste, here are the packages you need:

Subversion:

You can also checkout the source code of the MAMP Application (an Apple Xcode Project) from the Sourceforge subversion server. This contains only the Starter Application and the Dashboard Widget but not the server components and libraries:

You will need the Apple Xcode development environment to build the MAMP Starter Application. It is available at developer.apple.com (free registration to the Apple Developer Connection required).
